What we store
Your email address, and the status of your payment account.
If a customer disputes a card payment with your business, we keep the dispute’s amount, the bank’s stated reason, the deadline and the outcome, so we can tell you about it and help you respond. If you pay our platform fee, we keep whether a payment attempt was declined and the card network’s reason. We never see or keep a customer’s card details.
How long we keep it
Your email address and your account’s status: while you have an account with us. A dispute’s record: 24 months after the dispute closes. Platform fee payments and refunds: six years after the end of the tax year they belong to, because tax law requires business records to be kept that long. A declined fee payment: 90 days after a later payment succeeds or the fee is waived, or 24 months after the attempt if neither happens. After that we delete it.
What we don’t store
Your business details, identity documents, bank details, and payment data are held by Stripe, the regulated payments provider that runs the setup pages you are sent to. They never pass through this portal, and no money moves through it.
Cookies

Deleting your record
Email support@waypointpay.ai from the address you signed in with and we’ll remove your email address and status record from this portal. The account you hold with Stripe is yours, and is managed with them directly.
