Before you start
- What it costs
- A one-time platform fee of $10.00 CAD. That is our only charge: no subscription, no monthly fee, no percentage of your sales. Your card processing is billed separately by Stripe.
- Your money stays yours
- You are the merchant of record. Payments from your customers settle to your own account and we never hold, route or take a cut of them.
- Your identity documents
- Verification happens on Stripe’s own secure pages. We do not see or store your identity documents.
- Signing in
- No password exists to be stolen. Each sign-in link works once and expires after 1 hour.
- If you need a person
- Email support@waypointpay.ai. We reply within one business day.
